Healing After Breakups: Navigating the Path Forward
Many of us have gone through a breakup of some sort in our life. The types of breakups that we are referring to range from personal relationships with a partner to the dissolution of a business relationship. No matter what kind of relationship you may find yourself in that has come to an end, you have to prepare yourself for what may come next. Relationships are not easy. They require work, constant communication, understanding, and change. When either of these are neglected or just simply not practiced, there will be a disruption in your ability to evolve beyond the point of fracture in the relationship.
When the word relationship is usually mentioned it is usually assumed that the reference is to a personal intimate relationship of sorts. However, if we look at relationships of business or family, they too suffer tremendously from some of these same struggles. Knowing that a relationship may inevitably come to an end, it would help to have a starting point of thought to reference as you move forward in life.
