There are men and women making tens of thousands and even millions off of there skills and abilities. Literally, there are people cutting hair, plowing snow, reselling books, even coffee, and even handmade filtered mask amidst the COVID-19 crisis. Now more than ever, people are looking into how to keep their businesses and services relevant during these trying times. It has been said that if you have a minimum of 10,000 hours of doing a particular skill or job that you are considered an expert. There are so many people that have done customer service in their lives and have been extremely good at it, that now find themselves either working from home or out of a job. We don’t tend to think about the information that we are so accustomed to speaking to on a regular basis as valuable because we are always talking about “it”. However, look at it this way, you are teaching someone about something or a different way of doing something that they had no knowledge of or how to alternately execute. This alone is very valuable to an individual or a corporation. You have the ability to be an active asset in operation efficiency and revenue growth of any business.
